International girl child day celebration
Every year, October 11 is observed as the International Day of the Girl Child. The occasion marks the importance of adolescent girl children and attempts at identifying their power and potential by opening opportunities for them.
Department of Mathematics, SRMIST Ramapuram has celebrated this occasion by organizing week long competitions for girl students of all branches.
Following competitions were conducted.

Theme: Gender equality in digital life.
Offline events:
- Mehndi
- Slow bike race
Competitions were culminated with the final rounds of slow bike race today.
Respected (E& T), Vice principal Admin elated the girls with their presence.
