Ms. Meenakshi Natan started the session with an engaging brainstorming activity where participants shared their ideas and experiences related to personalized education. The activity aimed to gather diverse perspectives on the benefits and challenges of customizing learning pathways.
Mrs. Natan emphasized that personalized pathways in education are an innovative approach aimed at tailoring learning experiences to individual student needs, preferences, and strengths. By focusing on customized education through multiple intelligences and individualized learning plans, educators can better engage students, enhance their learning outcomes, and help them achieve their full potential.
Ms. Meenakshi Natan concluded the session by stating that educators can use the multiple intelligence framework to create more personalized learning experiences. By identifying each student’s dominant intelligences, teachers can design activities and assessments that align with their strengths. For instance, a student with strong spatial intelligence might benefit from visual aids and hands-on projects, while one with high interpersonal intelligence might thrive in group work and discussions. In nutshell she insisted to explore different ways to inculcate interest in learning. More than 100 participants joined the session.
