BOOTCAMP
The boot camp was inaugurated on 11th April 2023. The inaugural function started with
the welcome address by Dr. T. Ch Madhavi, convener and Professor, Dept of Civil Engineering,
SRM Institute of Science & Technology, Ramapuram Campus. Chief Guest Mr. S. Dinesh,
Associate Vice President, Tamil Nadu Startup and Innovation Mission (TANSIM), during the
inaugural address mentioned the importance and need of Entrepreneurship and Innovation in the
development of county. Dr. V.Subbiah Bharathi, Director, SRM Institute of Science and
Technology, Ramapuram Campus presented the Special address to the participants from all the
department.

Our FAB WHEELS idea is to create a platform for the people of Chennai (as of now) through
which they can rent any kind of two wheelers for a certain period of time which will help them to travel
far distances at a cheaper price. We know how cabs and autos charge extra from the tourists as well as
students knowing they are not the residents of Chennai and as a tourist or student we would like to
roam around explore Chennai more beautifully and that can only happen through bikes now there is no
particular app in Chennai currently to rent bikes so this app will help the people all around to rent bikes
and roam around and visit multiple places at a single booking.
This way we’ll be minimizing the monopoly created by the various different cabs and autos
along with that we’ll be providing customers with a user-friendly interface. Our main target will be
students and tourists we know how tourists and students love to explore new places and that cannot be
done using the without getting a bike as it can give a closer look to the city cuz cabs like uber ola and
Rapido can only go to a single place at a time and then we have to book for it again which adds up the
cost too. In fact, we’ll be providing our student customers some discounts based on their official college
id cards and for tourists based on the number of days they’ll be taking it for. This has a great potential
in market as it will be eradicating the idea of drivers itself giving customers their freedom to explore
wherever they want on a single booking.
For this we will be creating a user-friendly app along with we will be putting up stations for
charging and bike parking at certain different places according to the survey done mostly in the places
where the diversity is more the population is more and tourist attraction places. We’ll be collaborating
with the local Mechanical shops to provide mechanical support if and when needed to the customers on
demand. For the vehicles we have decided to contact the EV manufacturing companies and will be
asking them to provide us with their vehicles for which we will be advertising their brands along with
providing a share in our company too. we will be listing our company in the stock market through
which we can create a market value too. The revenue generated through renting bikes will be used to
maintain the stations and work with the mechanical shops too. - TEAM UDO

The organization is having three products

THIRD EYE – A pair of Smart Shoes for visually blind people that can sense whether any
bstacle, person, smoke, moisture around him or not It can also predict what obstacle is around him
exactly using image processing and also it can live stream the surroundings of the person with the
caretaker
GARUDA-It is automated robotic wheelchair for mobility issue people that can perform
movements based on voice processing and image processing. This device can turn on lights
immediately when it is dark
AAKASHVANI- This is a device that is designed for mute people to facilitate the use of sign
language. There will be a pair smart gloves in which one glove can say 26 alphabets and the other
glove can say 26 words
All these devices can send messages to caretaker along with the location and daily activity status
whenever the use want’s to or whenever he is in emergency. The main goal of UDO is to establish as a
permanent organization or brand that provide devices for physically challenged people. In India the
current market is above 5000 crores and there will be a compound increase in market if we get in to
international market. The users of the products will be the physicality challenged people who are

Our idea is to provide a service for tech startups to be less reliant on cloud hosting provides like
AWS, Gcloud and Microsoft Azure. The problem with these big names are, their starting costs are very
less but as soon as you start scaling, they increase prices exponentially and there is nothing these
startups can do as even a small downtime would greatly reduce the trust the customers have on their
service. This creates a vendor lock-in scenario. To solve this, we provide preconfigured servers (with
secure hardware) with the security of an AWS instance.
More over these big cloud hosting providers often collect surplus amounts of data when you
host on their cloud. With our solution, the physical hardware is present on their premises and they can
scale costs in a linear manner. The second part of our solution is the service part. We also provide in
maintenance and to up keep the security of the server. As the saying goes “There’s no cloud, its just
someone else’s computer” this model greatly increases the flexibility given to the startup and reduces
their reliance on external infrastructure while still making a profit.
