WORKSHOP ON “GRADUATE PREPAREDNESS FOR WORLD AT WORK”
The Department of English and Other Foreign Languages, SRMIST Ramapuram in association with MoU partner Lavender Literary Club, Kanyakumari conducted a Workshop on “Graduate Preparedness for world at Work” as part of the recently signed MoU, on 28th February 2022 through the Zoom online platform.
Prof. Emeritus Dr Anuwar bin Ali, the chancellor of University of Cyberjaya (Malaysia) addressed the students on the above topic. Prof. Balakrishnan Parasuraman moderated the same. The turnout of the participants was impressive. A lot was learnt about the importance of a graduate achieving their full potential and how faculty can help them with the same. Students also understood the role of the quality of a degree in a world of work and the consequences of the democratisation of higher education.
