The Department of EFL, SRMIST, Ramapuram organized an online event for the B.Tech Students, on the topic “Unleash your Inner Superhero: Building Resilience in Tough Times”. The resource person was our Alumni of Easwari Engineering College, Ramapuram, Dr.Raina Khatri Tandon, CEO & Founder, Right2Rise and UN Ambassador for Human Rights, Mumbai addressed the virtual gathering. She emphasised on overcoming tough and challenging times, how to develop a positive mindset as crucial aspects of building resilience. The ideas such as wisdom, purpose, focus, engage, courage, energy, mindfulness will lead us in tough times, reframing challenges or embracing changes, self-compassion, those ideas resonated after her talk. Her talk was a timely reminder that we all have the potential to be heroes in our own lives, no matter how big or small. By Unleashing our inner Superhero, we can effectively navigate life’s challenges and emerge stronger. The session was highly interactive and was an eye opener for the students who registered a positive feedback.
