The Department of English and Foreign Languages, SRMIST – Ramapuram, organized a skill development programme on the topic Steve Harvey inspired: Mind Masters, University Edition 12th March 2024. The event hosted by Dr. Harish, Dr. Diana, and Ms. Devasena. R, igniting intellectual fervor among more than 50 students across various disciplines. The event was structured into three challenging levels, tested participants’ cognitive abilities through mind-bending puzzles, rapid-fire quizzes, and strategic challenges, intensifying competition with each round. As tension mounted and adrenaline ran high, teams vied for a coveted spot in the next stage, culminating in one victorious team, their minds sharpened and spirits soaring. Beyond mere knowledge, the event celebrated intellect and camaraderie, leaving participants with a renewed sense of pride and accomplishment. “Mind Masters: University Edition” garnered rave reviews, solidifying its place as an exhilarating and intellectually stimulating campus event, echoing Steve Harvey’s sentiment of “brains, beauty, and brilliance.”
