The Department of English and Other Foreign Languages, SRMIST, Ramapuram organized a Two Day National Workshop on “Online Assessment Tools for ELT” on 21 & 22 January, 2021. Dr. Beena Anil from the Dept.of English & Vice Principal, SDNB Vaishnav College for Women, Chennai, deliberated on the various free apps and tools which can be used by teachers to assess students’ performance and make the teaching-learning process creative and interesting. The live sessions on both days were very interactive with a good number of participants who were very appreciative of the technical expertise of the speaker, the plethora of useful information presented, and registered a positive feedback.
