The department of EEE at SRM IST Ramapuram Campus, for the benefit of school students, polytechnics students and budding engineers organized an online webinar on the topic “IoT for beginners”. This webinar was organised primarily to motivate the young minds to one of the emerging areas of technology called the IOT.

Being the introductory session with illustration of allocation areas, the webinar attracted students from school, polytechnic colleges as well as some degree level budding engineers.

This brand building event was started with the welcome address by the coordinator. He then introduced the resource person to the audience. Then he elaborated the facilities at SRMIST, R amapuram campus. It was then followed by with a 10-minte video prepared about the EEE department for this purpose.
