The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering organized a school program on 26.1.2024 with the following agenda:

The students were very energetic upon event participation and they answered all our questions very enthusiastically.
The active participation of students from various schools speaks to the appeal and relevance of the quiz, and the charming support from the Management, Associate Director, Dean, and Head of the EEE Department reflects the commitment and encouragement from the institute’s leadership.
Dr. S Premalatha’s felicitation speech, where she welcomed the participants and shared notable achievements of the institute, surely set a positive tone for the event. Ms. Hanitha’s insights into career opportunities, education pathways, and key areas in the electrical field would have been valuable for the school students, especially coming from a third-year B.Tech EEE student.
The brief Q&A session following Ms. Hanitha’s talk likely allowed for interactive discussions, providing a platform for students to engage and learn more about the field. The event’s conclusion with a vote of thanks from Dr. Vijayalakshmi K AP/EEE signifies the collaborative effort that went into making the event successful.
Overall, it’s clear that the Quiz Event not only showcased the academic prowess of the institute but also served as a platform for fostering interest in electromagnetism among school students. The addition of career guidance and interactive sessions further enhances the educational impact of such events. Kudos to the organizers and participants for making it a success!
