“ALUMNI TALK ON IMPORTANCE OF REAL ESTATE VALUATION” 0N 10-03-2021 – 10.00 am to 11.30 am
Having constant supports &encouragements of our respected Dean (E&T) sir and our Respected Head of the Department – Dr. T. Ch. Madhavi mam, a WEBINAR was conducted by the department of Civil Engineering in order to enhance knowledge and information of our faculties and students.
This alumni talk helped to develop interaction between alumnus and current students of civil department. The expertise of alumnus in the field of property valuation was shared by Er.Rohan Saha with his juniors.

Mr.Rohan Saha shared his experiences about his time at SRMIST RAMAPURAM and explained how it helped him in building his career.
He had compiled a very informative presentation and explained us the importance of gaining field knowledge and putting it into use the right way. He mentioned about the real time projects he had worked on and looking after real estate valuations of Delhi. NCR inclusive of residential , commercial and industrial markets ️ had helped him to thoroughly differentiate each domain and showed light on these domains & their functions. A clear depiction of all the terminologies were discussed in detail.
All the UG and PG students attended the program and benefited.
The Q&A session was very interesting and educational.
