The Department of Physics has organized an
International Webinar on Scientific Machine Learning: From PINNS to extended PINNS (XPINNS) on 11-09-2021 (Saturday)
between 6:00PM to 7:00PM
through Zoom platform.
The event has started with the welcome address by Dr. L. Sudha, Professor & Head/Physics.
Dr. Ameya D. Jagtap. Division of Applied Mathematics, Brown University, USA has delivered a wonderful talk on Scientific Machine Learning: From PINNS to extended PINNS (XPINNS). He elaborated on machine learning program and its application in solving differential equations representing real dynamical systems.
We have received overwhelming registrations, 150 participants including faculty members and research scholars from various institutions across the nation and abroad. The participants raised questions to the speaker and discussed on the topic. The participants gave very good feedback to the resource person.
Dr. Ameya D. Jagtap has thanked Management and organizers for arranging the Webinar.
