Dr VasanthaKumari started the session with explaining gender equality in an organisation and its importance. She explained the difference between gender and sex. She elaborated the Discrimination based on 3Ls – language, location, looks. She emphasized that diversity should not be basis of biasness.The session was educative and informative. There was an active and enthusiastic participation by the participants.
