Synergy Club Organized and conducted WEBINAR on Introduction to Design thinking in software development on 29th October 2020. We had around 100 Registrations, out of which 80 students have been actively participated in the webinar.
The event started at 4 pm with a welcome address by Ms. P.S.Mahalakshmi, 2nd Year CSE – BDA, member of Synergy club, followed by the inspirational and motivational gesture by Dr. K. Raja, Prof & Head, CSE.
Ms. Sarah Evangeline, member of Synergy club gave the introductory speech about our resource person Mr. Alfred Patric, Senior Project Manager at Pycogroup, Vietnam.
Mr. Alfred gave a lot of useful information. The appetite was to understand the ‘why’ behind something in the development process makes a world of difference on how well the developer delivers his work, it enables them to look from the user’s perspective. This session aimed at igniting a spark by introducing the basic design principles and shedding light on how those elements are implemented in our everyday life. He patiently answered every questions asked by the participants.
All the participants were then asked to fill the feedback form. The event ended with the vote of thanks given by our Club member Ms. Deepanjali from Synergy club. The session was very successful and ended well.Mrs.R.Sathya, Club Coordinator, represented about the value of design thinking and appreciated all the team members and participants.
