SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram, Department of Computer Science and Engineering has Organized the Virtual Alumni Interaction on 29th June 2020 from 11:30am to 12:30pm. The Alumni Interaction is conducted every semester in order to share their experiences with the students.
With regard to that, even in this pandemic situation We had conducted a Virtual Alumni Interaction with final year students through zoom platform.
Mr.Adithya, IV-A / CSE welcomed our Alumna Ms.Harsha Rajan. Harsha started with the motivational speech regarding getting job in this pandemic situation. She shared her personal experience of switching over job. She explained how to prepare for it.
She gave the difference between service based and product based companies. She advised students to attend pre-placement talk without missing and also its importance.
She suggested R.S.Agarwal book for preparing Aptitude. She highlighted the importance of FACE training and materials provided for placement training.
She gave some idea about attending interview and explained all the rounds one by one. She asked students to strong in one domain with project details. She also shared some of her friends interview experiences. She gave tips to face the HR interview.
Students actively interacted by asking queries and clearing their doubts. Students thanked alumna for sharing her experience and the guidance given her.
