SUMMARY OF THE EVENT:
The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, SRMIST, Ramapuram, successfully organized a training course on Computer Assisted Teaching and Learning on 23.08.2025. The program began with an invocation, followed by a warm welcome address by Dr. R. Arthi, Associate Professor, ECE Department, who greeted all the participants with great enthusiasm.

The Computer Assisted Teaching and Learning Programme concluded on a highly successful note, providing participants with valuable insights into modern digital pedagogical tools and methodologies. The sessions not only enhanced the knowledge of teachers but also enabled them to gain hands-on experience in using ICT applications for effective classroom engagement. The programme helped foster creativity, innovation, and confidence among educators, preparing them to integrate technology seamlessly into their teaching practices.The Valedictory Function marked the formal closure of the programme. The session began with a brief summary of the training highlights, followed by reflections from a few participants who shared their positive learning experiences. Certificates of participation were distributed to all attendees as a token of appreciation for their active involvement.
OUTCOMES OF THE PROGRAM:
The Computer Assisted Teaching and Learning Programme proved to be highly beneficial for all the participants. Teachers gained hands-on experience in using various ICT tools, enabling them to design interactive lessons and conduct assessments more effectively. The programme enhanced their digital competency, improved their confidence in integrating technology into regular classroom teaching, and encouraged the adoption of innovative teaching-learning practices.
