THE INDUCTION PROGRAM FOR THE ENGLISH AND FOREIGN LANGUAGES CLUBS
REPORT OF THE EVENT

The induction program for the English and Foreign Languages clubs was held on 24.8.2024 at 9 a.m. in AV Hall, Block V. The primary objective of this event was to welcome new members, introduce them to the various clubs and their activities, and foster a sense of community within the department.
A brief welcome address was given by the department head, setting the tone for the event and emphasizing the importance of extracurricular activities.
Dean E&T and Dean Academics addressed the student members, motivated and specified them the necessity of enrolling in such clubs.
Each club (MUN, literary club, theater club, quiz club, and foreign language club) provided a brief overview of their activities, goals, and expectations from new members. Alongside, Badges were given to all the club members. MS. Varsha, a senior club member delivered the vote of thanks. Around 100 students attended the induction program and
the overall participation level was high, with enthusiastic engagement from both new and returning members.
