SUMMARY OF THE EVENT:
The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram, organized an insightful Poster Presentation on “The Challenges and Solutions in Short Range Wireless Communication” was organized to provide a platform for students and researchers to showcase their innovative ideas, research findings, and applications in the domain of modern wireless technologies. The event emphasized knowledge sharing, creativity, and collaborative learning among participants. The poster was aimed at motivating the students to gain knowledge on the latest treats, trends and best practices in short range wireless devices. The sessions started with a Welcome Address by Dr.M.Saravanan, Assistant Professor. The session concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Dr. Jacintha V, Assistant Professor.
The Wireless Communication Poster Event was a great success, fulfilling its goal of promoting technical knowledge sharing and creativity. It provided a platform for students to showcase their ideas, enhance their technical communication, and gain valuable feedback from students. The event contributed significantly to the academic and professional development of the participants.
Objectives:
- To enhance understanding of wireless communication technologies such as Bluetooth, Zigbee, Wi-Fi, WLAN, and 5G.
- To encourage students to present their concepts visually through posters.
- To promote interaction between peers, faculty, and experts in the field of wireless communication.
- To create awareness of the applications and future trends in wireless systems.
