SUMMARY OF THE EVENT
The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram, organized an insightful Technical Talk on February 19 th, 2025.Ms. Archana Rajamanickam, Human Capital, Bonfiglioli Technology Space Pvt Ltd, Chennai gave a talk on Career Opportunities in Industry Aspects. The seminar was aimed at motivating the third-year students to equip themselves for placement preparation.
The sessions started with an introduction about Ms. Archana Rajamanickam by Dr. Christeena Joseph, Associate Professor. Ms. Archana Rajamanickam briefed the students on the skill sets required for placements especially for core companies, the significance of learning software and embedded programming languages, and also provide the guidelines to develop with good profile. She encouraged the students to actively participate in more project competitions and other co-curricular activities that add more value to the profile.
Ms. Archana Rajamanickam also discussed the importance of academic performance, extracurricular activities, and internships in strengthening the profile. She offered practical advice on time management and resource utilization during the preparation phase.
The sessions were highly interactive, with ECE students actively participating and asking questions about interview rounds, internship experience, and placement preparation. The sessions concluded by Dr. R Vani, Professor and a memento is presented to Ms. Archana Rajamanickam by Dr.N.V.S. Sree Rathna Lakshmi, HOD/ECE and Vote of Thanks by Dr. R. Lathamanju, Associate Professor.

OUTCOMES OF THE PROGRAM
