Summary of the Event:
Tech Vision – Inspiring Future Engineers was successfully organized for school students with the objective of introducing them to the exciting world of science, technology, engineering, and innovation. The event aimed to inspire young minds to explore emerging technologies and develop an interest in engineering as a future career. The program commenced with a warm welcome address, followed by a discussion of various electronics projects by Dr.Shunmughammal, Dr.K.Lalitha and Dr.S.Nagarajan to explore recent advancements in areas such as artificial intelligence, robotics, renewable energy, and smart technologies, and encouraged students to think creatively and solve real-world problems. Students actively participated in interactive sessions, live demonstrations, and hands-on activities that showcased practical applications of engineering concepts. They had the opportunity to observe innovative projects, ask questions, and engage in discussions with experts. These activities helped bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world technological developments. The event also emphasized the importance of critical thinking, teamwork, creativity, and continuous learning. Students were motivated to develop scientific curiosity and pursue careers that contribute to technological advancement and societal development.
Overall, Tech Vision – Inspiring Future Engineers was an informative and inspiring program that sparked enthusiasm among the participants. The event successfully broadened students’ understanding of engineering and technology while encouraging them to dream big and prepare for future opportunities in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). The programme concluded with the vote of thanks from Mrs.M.Kayalvizhi, Principal, Swami Vivekananda Matric higher Secondary School, Ramapuram, Chennai. 41 participants from various institutions have attended the session, and they had the opportunity to engage in an interactive Q&A session, enhancing their understanding of cutting-edge technologies The feedback from the participants was good and session ended with vote of thanks. The event provided an excellent platform for knowledge exchange and interactive discussions. We express our sincere thanks and gratitude to management and higher officials for their constant support and encouragement in organizing the event.
