The Department of Computer Science and Engineering of SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram, organized a workshop on Game Equation, March 7th 2020. The workshop was a beginner’s guide to a Gaming and VFX focusing on Game design And VFX edits in Collaboration with Da Vinci Media College. The session was taken by Dr. Arul Moorthy (M.D), Founder of Da Vinci Media College.
The student coordinator of the workshop, Apoorv welcomed the students for the workshop and addressed the crowd. Students from various institutions participated for the workshop. The workshop was then started by the speaker who gave the basic introduction about Basics of Game Design, Trends Of Game Design, Basics of VFX, Trends of VFX. The session had a real time example on augmented reality, virtual reality, motion effects, and gaming. Live coding on AI unity was explained and students had hands on session.2D, 3D motion clips, printing using AI was explained. The speaker also interacted with the crowd and helped them gain insight on Gaming. The participants of the workshop were awarded with certificates and they were bid farewell.
