SPARKIT – APaper Presentation Event – Texus 26’
The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, in association with the IEI and IETE Student Chapters, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram, successfully organized SPARKIT’26 – A Paper Presentation Event as part of TEXUS’26 at the ECE Department premises.
The event served as a dynamic academic platform for students to present innovative research ideas and technical solutions across emerging domains.
Participants demonstrated strong analytical thinking, research depth, and presentation skills, while the evaluation panel provided valuable insights and constructive feedback, fostering a culture of innovation and scholarly excellence.
Session Highlights:
- Conducted in two structured sessions (Morning & Afternoon) to ensure seamless evaluation and engagement.
- Implemented a two-tier selection framework: Round 1 – Abstract Submission (screening for originality and relevance) and Round 2 – PPT Presentation (assessment of technical depth and delivery).
- Witnessed participation from 35 teams representing multiple colleges, reflecting strong inter-institutional engagement.
- The event was chaired and evaluated by Dr. S. Vanaja, Associate Professor, Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Easwari Engineering College, and Dr. C. Clement Raj, Associate Professor, Department of ECE, Easwari Engineering College.
- Judges provided strategic insights, constructive feedback, and industry- aligned perspectives, enhancing the overall academic rigor of the event.
Total 35 teams participated in various institutions from TamilNadu.
- 1st prize Rs.2000 received by Sridhar.G & Team from Sethu Institute of Technology Karriyapatti. Virudhunagar Dist.
- 2nd prize Rs.1000 received by Praveen N & Team from SRM Valliammai Engineering College, Chennai.
- 3rd prize Rs.500 received by A.Gowtham Narayan & Team from SRM Ramapuram Chennai
