EVENT REPORT
The Department of English and Foreign Languages, SRMIST-Ramapuram, organized an online Skill development Program on ‘Strategies to Enhance Speaking Skills’ on 30th September, 2023. The Resource person, Ms. Abinaya Rajasekeran, Instructor, Adult Education Austin Community College, Texas, USA, enlightened students about the art of speaking skills, public speaking, and life skills. Ms. Abinaya presented the challenges of speaking and gave some solutions to improve speaking skills including pronunciation, vocabulary, fluency, grammar, and comprehension. She conducted an activity for the students on speaking skills. The students found the session enjoyable and informative. The attendees gave positive and valuable feedback.
