A National Level on “Radio and Artificial Intelligence in the Modern World” was organized by the Department of Physics, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram, Chennai on 13th February 2026 in celebration of World Radio Day. The competition aimed to encourage students to explore the importance of radio communication and the growing impact of artificial intelligence in modern society through creative poster presentations.
A total of 48 students participated and showcased their innovative ideas, creativity, and artistic skills through well-designed posters reflecting the theme.

This poster making competition provided a platform for students to express their creativity and awareness of the role of radio and artificial intelligence in shaping the modern world. It served as a catalyst for imagination, scientific thinking, and artistic expression. The competition was open to +1, +2 School Students and I Year B.Tech Students, ensuring wide participation and fair competition.
To recognize the outstanding efforts of the participants, winners were selected based on originality, creativity, relevance to the theme, and presentation. Certificates of achievement and recognition were awarded to the top performers. Additionally, all participants received e-certificates as a token of appreciation for their participation and contribution.
