SUMMARY OF THE EVENT:
Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram, organized “Ontology & Epistemology of Engineering”, Poster & Chart Presentation Event on November 14, 2024, 10.00 A.M to 11.30 A.M. at Block III, third floor, 301. This event aimed to provide students an opportunity to showcase their understanding, creativity, and application of concepts in the field of Philosophy of Engineering. It also allowed them to enhance their technical and communication skills through Poster presentation. The event began with an introduction by Dr. M. Saravanan, Assistant Professor, who addressed the gathering and set the tone for the insightful session. There were 62 ECE students taking part, and they were presenting 15 poster & charts.
The students started presenting their posters and charts to judges, namely Dr.M.Saravanan, Dr. Jacintha V, Dr, Dr. Ramya G, and Dr. R.Karthiga. The judges chose the winners after offering insightful commentary and the 2 Best Presentations were awarded by Dr. Sree Rathnalakshmi N.V.S Professor (Head of the Department). The session was highly interactive, with ECE students actively participating and presenting various real time applications of the topics given. The sessions concluded with presenting Prizes to winners and vote of thanks by Dr. Jacintha V.
