Importance of the webinar
This pandemic period created 180 degree change in almost all the fields in this world and education system is no longer an exception. Many educational organization relies on virtual training to engage their students effectively. So knowing the techniques to conduct an interactive and interesting virtual training method is the hot topic now a days.
Synopsis
The FDP started with the welcome address by Ms.M.Juliot Sophia A.P/CSE followed by a brief introduction about the speaker Mr.George Koshi,Associate Vice president – Global Learning and Development function,Servion Global Solutions.
The session started with discussion about the challenges in virtual training.

The speaker of the session Mr.George Koshi interacted with participants through the chat window and clarified their doubts then and there . Participants expressed that the session was very impressive and interactive one. The session ended with vote of thanks by Ms.R.Sujeetha A.P/CSE.She thanked the Management, Director, Dean and HOD.
