Navaratri is the festival where the nine avatars of Goddess Durga are worshipped across India. As a part of campus life, preparation for the fest started well in advance, students and faculties were asked to contribute a doll. Collected dolls were gracefully arranged into the 5 tier Golu. The atrium was also decorated with streamers/ roof hangings along with beautiful rangoli and diyas. The significance and the sequential events of all nine different days were beautifully demonstrated by each department every day through their presentation and prasadham. Each daypooja was followed by devotional songs; classical dance by the students uplifted the celebration.
