About the Department
The department of mechanical engineering in Ramapuram campus was established in the year 2008. The Department has the State of Art Laboratories to meet the curriculum of the institution as well as to cater the needs of the researchers. The Department is continuously striving hard and dedicated towards imparting knowledge that the industry demands on the budding Engineers by practical quality teaching. The department has qualified, experienced and dedicated faculty members from IIT’s & NIT’s. It has tie-ups with recognised institutions and industries for research activities.

The goal of this national conference is to bring in all the scholars, researchers, faculty from academia, Industry experts from all over India to discuss and present the advances in the field of Mechanical engineering and to foster an environment conducive to exchanging ideas and information.
