Siva Ganapathy Subramanian Manoharan is an internationally accomplished Business and Management Leader with over 18 years of consulting experience in Data, Cloud, and Digital Platforms. With a strong entrepreneurial background from five years in the United Kingdom, he is now focused on global expansion. Siva excels in engaging C-level stakeholders and possesses a unique ability to translate customer needs into data-driven, cloud-based digital transformation initiatives. His expertise spans a wide range of technologies, including major cloud platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, and Microsoft Azure, as well as data management, artificial intelligence, and big data solutions. A proven leader, Siva is skilled in building customer-centric teams, driving strategic relationships, and delivering compelling value propositions that align with business objectives. His comprehensive experience positions him as a trusted advisor and influential figure in the tech landscape, adept at navigating both direct and matrix organizational structures.
Siva Ganapathy Subramanian Manoharan has a distinguished professional background marked by significant accomplishments in various roles. As an entrepreneur, he achieved a remarkable booking of $75 million within just 18 months, driving successful, results-oriented startup initiatives. In his role as Vice President and Partner, he managed over 30 accounts and a team of 270 resources across the UK and Europe, focusing on competencies such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Big Data, and Data Science, contributing to a revenue of $35 million. Siva has also served as a Senior Solution Architect for a major bank, where he led the design of data ingestion and processing frameworks using Hadoop technologies. As a Big Data Architect at Atos Syntel/Capgemini, he spearheaded the Big Data Competency Centre, enhancing performance management and employee retention strategies. His experience as an Engagement Manager, certified in Prince2, Agile, and ITIL, includes overseeing project and program management while fostering senior-level client relationships. Additionally, Siva has acted as an Enterprise Strategy Architect, where he developed roadmaps for analytics consolidation and established Big Data centers of excellence. A recognized thought leader, he regularly writes blogs and articles and speaks at conferences, sharing insights on architecture and technology with diverse audiences. Furthermore, as a Data Scientist and Cloud Computing Advisor, he assesses and develops strategies for Big Data Analytics and cloud solutions across Azure, AWS, and Google platforms.

We are delighted to inform you that the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering successfully hosted the successfully hosted the successfully hosted the National Conference on Communication and Computing, “NCCC’24,”(Hybrid) on November 7th and 8th, 2024
The program commenced with an invocation, followed by a welcome address from Dr. R. Vani, Professor Convener. The presidential address was delivered by Dr. M. Sakthi Ganesh, Dean (E&T), with additional remarks from Dr. R. Subhashini, VP (Academic). The keynote address was given by Dr. Siva Ganapathy Subramanian Manoharan, Founder and CEO of Beau Roi Technologies Pvt. Ltd, India & UK . A Conference souvenir was released by the Chief Guest and Dean. The event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Dr.R.Thangam, Assistant Professor.
The event attracted enthusiastic participation from ECE students, along with over 70+ external participants from various colleges and faculty members. Followed by Inaugural function the paper presentation tracks was started. Total 12 track of paper presentation were organized in both offline and online mode. Offline were monitored by Mr. Vinothkumar G and Dr. Durga Devi K, while online were monitored by Dr. Megala V and Dr. Supraja G.
The valedictory function * was held on November 8th at 1:00 PM recognized with 12 outstanding papers followed by Vote of thanks concluded by Dr. B. Padmavathy Assistant Profess
