The School of Computer Science and Engineering, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram, proudly signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Cybernaut Edu-Tech LLP on 19th February 2025. This strategic partnership aims to bridge the gap between academia and industry through impactful collaborations in skill development, training, and innovation.
The ceremony was held in the presence of distinguished guests including Mr. Jayasurya Gnanavel, Founder & CEO of Cybernaut Edu-Tech; Ms. Dharshni M, Business Development Executive; and Mr. Agnel Joshua Raj, Product Designer. The event was graced by Dr. M. Sakthi Ganesh, Dean (E&T), and presided over by Dr. K. Raja, Chairperson, SCSE. Leadership from across departments joined to discuss opportunities for skill-based training, collaborative research, and technology adoption in education.

A Workshop on “Applied Machine Learning: From Fundamentals to Deployment”
The Faculty of Engineering and Technology at SRM Chennai Ramapuram, in association with Texus, organized a workshop on “Applied Machine Learning: From Fundamentals to Deployment“ for students in physical mode on March 3, 2025. Dharshini Murugavel, a Machine Learning Engineer at Cybernaut Edu-Tech LLP, conducted the session and shared her extensive industry experience. She provided deep insights into the evolving landscape of machine learning, discussing essential concepts, tools, and deployment strategies shaping the future of AI and data-driven decision-making.
The session on “Applied Machine Learning: From Fundamentals to Deployment” covered essential machine learning concepts, including an introduction to machine learning and AI, supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, model training and optimization strategies, and deployment methods for machine learning models. Participants engaged in hands-on coding and explored real-world applications, gaining practical insights into building and deploying machine learning models.
