Dr.Ponnadurai Ramasami, Professor, Computational Chemistry Group, Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science, University of Mauritius delivered a *Plenary Lecture -II* on Graphite, Graphene, Silicene…What is next? The participants had fruitful discussion with the resource persons.
Dr.M.Swaminathan, Emeritus Professor, Kalasalingam University was the Chair person for the Technical Session-II
Dr.Amir Karton, Associate Professor,ARC Future Fellow, School of Molecular Sciences, The University of Western AUstralia, Perth, Australia delivered a *Plenary Lecture -III* on Catalysis with pristine 2D materials.
Dr.R.Kothandaraman, Professor, Department of Chemistry, Indian Institute of Technology Madras delivered a *Plenary Lecture IV* on Reducing tradeoff between dye optical band gap and open circuit voltage in solar cells.
Dr.Vasudev Gurnele, Professor of Chemistry, Kamala Nehru Maha Vidhyalaya Sakkaradara, Nagpur was the chair person for the Technical Session-III
Dr.Nishima Wangoo, Assistant Professor,Applied Sciences (Chemistry), U.I.E.T Panjab University, Chandigarh delivered a Plenary Lecture -V on Innovations in nanoscience for sustainable developments in Healthcare and biosensors.
Dr.C.V.S.Brahmmanada Rao, Head, Solution Chemistry & Mass, Spectrometry Section, Materials Chemistry & Metal Fuel Cycle Group, Indira Gandhi Center for Atomic Research, Kalpakkam delivered a Plenary Lecture -VI on Nuclear Energy: A Green Energy.
Dr..Vijay Pal Singh, Professor of Science, Education of Head, Division of Educational Kits, NCERT, New Delhi was the chair person for the Technical Session IV.
Dr.Kaviyarasu Kasinathan, Senior Researcher, Materials Researcher Group, iThemba LABS, Cape Town, South Africa delivered a Plenary Lecture -VII on Issues and challenges facing for climate change and sustainablility.
Dr.R.Karvembu, Professor, Department of Chemistry, National Institute of Technology Trichy delivered a Plenary Lecture -VIII on Transition metal based catalysts for sustainable biomass conversions.
The participants actively interacted with the resource persons and got benefited from the deliberations of the Conference.
We have received 234 abstracts, out of which 60 were selected for Oral Presentations and 160 were selected for Poster Presentations. Four Oral sessions and seven poster sessions were conducted in parallel sessions on both the days. Best Oral and Poster presentation was selected in each session.
In the Valedictory session of the Conference, results of the Best Oral and Poster presentation were announced.
