The department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering is hosting a 2-day International Conference on “Emerging Trends in Electrical Machines, Power and Energy Systems – EMPOWER 2024” on 26th and 27th April, 2024, organized virtually. The aim of EMPOWER 2024 is to bring technical research as papers and present them in the sessions of the conference and to avail the expertise of some of the eminent researchers from across the globe to shed light on the research future in their respective fields of engineering.
This first edition of EMPOWER 2024 has effectively achieved these two focuses. About 35 papers are selected for oral presentation from the various facets of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Four international researchers will be delivering keynote speech on the current research trends.
I wish that the department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, SRM IST Ramapuram Campus will fix fruitful aim every year and organize EMPOWER in blended mode, thus empowering the faculty and students alike in the new horizons of electrical engineering.
