Topic: “Dr. Shakeela Sathish, Convener of WGRC welcomed the gathering. Chief Director, SRM group of Institutions, Ramapuram & Trichy campuses said that Education is one of the most important means of empowering women with the knowledge, skills and self-confidence necessary to participate fully in the development process.

Dr. Yasodha Shanmugasundaram described the difference between liberty and freedom and discrimination existing in the society . Her entire talk focussed on how a woman in the competitive world should withstand with courage and self reliance despite the hindrances and difficulties that she will have to face in her day to day life. She also expressed that every woman/girl should consistently strive to uplift another woman with no expectations. Dr. Rema HoD/ EFL proposed vote thanks.
