The workshop commenced at 9:30 AM with a warm welcome from Dr. Phani Kumar Polasi, Head of the Department – Electronics & Communication Engineering. Dr. Roopa M highlighted the importance of RF measurement equipment in today’s technology-driven world.
Mr. Rex Vijay Kumar, Manager at AARJAY INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED, began the session by sharing his extensive knowledge and experience in RF measurement equipment. Mr. R. Jagdheesan, Assistant Manager, provided valuable insights into the practical applications of RF equipment. Mr. L. Vignesh Raja, Senior Engineer, shared his expertise on troubleshooting and maintenance of RF equipment.
The resource persons presentations were interactive, engaging, and filled with real-world examples, providing a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter. The workshop covered various topics, including Introduction to RF Measurement Equipment, types and applications of RF Equipment, Calibration and Maintenance Techniques. Troubleshooting Common Issues, Hands-on Demonstrations and Practice Sessions
The hands-on sessions allowed participants to gain practical experience in operating and troubleshooting RF measurement equipment. The workshop witnessed active participation from II ECE students and research scholars. They actively engaged in discussions, asked questions, and expressed their enthusiasm for learning.
