SUMMARY OF THE EVENT:
A HANDS-ON EXPLORATION OF ELECTRONIC PROJECTS was organized to provide students with practical exposure to simple electronic projects and circits. The event aimed at strengthening the basics of electronics through interactive learning and hands-on experience. The session began with a warm welcome to the Resource Persons, Dr. Dr.M.Shunmugathammal. Dr.K.Lalitha and Dr. Dr.S.Nagarajan, by the Principal Mr. Mohamad omer.
The Resource Persons have started the session with demonstration of different types of sensors and its application in day to day life. A hands-on learning experience using simple projects includes:
RFID based attendance monitoring
- Metal detector
- Mutual inductance
- Smart agriculture
- Rasberry Pi kit
- Aurdino kits
- Different types of Sensors
A total of 92 students participated in the workshop, actively engaging in the activities. They also learned the resistor color coding system and practiced finding the values of resistors on their own. To conclude the session, real life problems and possible innovations were discussed to reinforce the concepts taught, followed by a feedback session to gather students’ responses. Overall, the Project exploration was a valuable and inspires the students to continue exploring projects in electronics and develop solutions that can make a positive impact on our community and beyond.
