EVENT REPORT:
The department of English and Foreign Languages, SRM College of Engineering and Technology, organized an online Motivational Talk on “Handling Emotional Imbalance and Stress in the GenX Age” for students and Teachers on 26th August 2023 between 11a.m& 12.30p.m. The programme began with the welcome address by the Head of the Department, Dr. Rema. The resource person, Mr. Ayyappa Pindi, a recognized meditation Coach, the founder and CEO of 51PYRAMIDS, Bengaluru deliberated on the challenges human beings are facing in the digitized world. He threw light on how one should declutter the excessive thoughts that are often negative. The participants came out with interesting questions that were relevantly answered by the resource person. Overall the event turned out to be fruitful and enriching.
