Summary of the Event Date & Time
The Department of Mathematics and the CMAC Club, SRM Institute of Science and Technology – Ramapuram, successfully conducted “FUNZZZ MATH 2026” a mathematics-based student activity designed for II Year B.Tech students.
The event aimed to encourage mathematical thinking, quick reasoning, logical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and creativity through two engaging and challenging rounds. The activity provided students with an enjoyable and competitive platform to apply their mathematical knowledge and demonstrate their analytical abilities.
Key Highlights
Round 1 – Lightning Blitz
Students participated in a fast-paced mathematical challenge that tested their quick thinking, calculation skills, accuracy, and logical reasoning.
Round 2 – Survival Grid
The second round challenged students to apply their problem-solving abilities, mathematical strategies, and logical thinking to successfully progress through the competition.

The outstanding performers of FUNZZZ MATH 2026 were recognized and awarded for their excellent performance:
First Prize: Ramanuja Vijayasarathy, CSE 2B
Second Prize: Harsha Vardene A, Bio Med 2A
Third Prize: B. Neeraja, CSE 2A
FUNZZZ MATH 2026 successfully provided an exciting platform for students to explore mathematics beyond the classroom through speed, logic, strategy, and creativity.
More than 150 students registered for the event, and around 100 students actively participated in the competition. Twenty students were selected for the second round, among whom three students emerged as winners.
