SUMMARY OF THE EVENT
The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering and Department of Alumni Affairs, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram, organized a Seminar on 08.02.2025 (Online Mode). The Distinguished Alumni Ms.Mini Oviya, Embedded Engineer General Electric Healthcare, Bangalore from the 2018 – 2022 batch has delivered a talk on Essential Skills to Master in University for Landing High Paying Jobs in Product Companies.
Dr. Sree Rathna Lakshmi, HOD/Professor, began the session with a welcome address.
Mr. Mini Oviya discussed about various Technical skills required for interviews and shared her insights on Tech Stack Embedded Hardware Engineer, Project management tools, tech stack for Embedded OS Engineer and also interacted with the students during the questionnaire session, answering their queries. The speaker also shared her experiences and wonderful journey as an SRM student. Additionally, she offered the students practical advice on time management and resource utilization during their preparation phase for higher studies and placements. Dr. P. Ramani, Assistant Professor, delivered the vote of thanks.
