Mr. Kumaran Rajan started the session with understanding of failure and reasons why people fail. He elaborated how to overcome failure. He also explained the behavioural expression of facing failure.
Mr. Rajan concluded the session stating that a failure is success in making. The good thing about failure is it is temporary. If you consider failure with this attitude, it paves the way for your improvement.
Dean (E & T)) in his felicitation said that topic of the lecture is the need of the hour. He mentioned that we must learn to cope with failure in healthy ways and learn to keep our morale and confidence high.
Nearly 100 participants attended the lecture and actively took part in the interactive session.
