The Department of Biomedical Engineering at SRM IST Ramapuram organized a dynamic two-day workshop titled “Coding with Confidence: A MATLAB Exploration” from January 30th to 31st, 2024. Aimed at II and IIIrd year BME students, the workshop aimed to bolster their proficiency in MATLAB programming while shedding light on career prospects within the field.
The event commenced with a brief invocation, setting a positive and contemplative atmosphere.
Dr. Ushus S Kumar, Head of the Department (in charge) of Biomedical Engineering, extended a warm welcome, providing a context for the audience.
Dr. J. Saminathan, Assistant Professor in Biomedical Engineering delivered an enlightening introductory speech, acquainting attendees with the esteemed resource person Mr. Jeyaprakash Naganatha Pandian.
