SUMMARY OF THE CEREMONY:
The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram Campus, successfully inaugurated its department magazine, Circuit Chronicles, on 5th March 2025 at 11:40 AM in the Admin Block – Conference Hall. The event was graced by esteemed dignitaries, faculty members, and students, marking a significant milestone in the department’s academic and creative endeavors.
The ceremony commenced with a welcome address by Marilyn Judith Yuvaraj, who emphasized the importance of knowledge-sharing and innovation within the ECE community. Following this, Dr. M. Sakthi Ganesh (Dean, E&T) delivered an inspiring speech highlighting the role of academic publications in fostering research, creativity, and technical excellence among students.
The magazine Circuit Chronicles was officially unveiled by Dr. M. Sakthi Ganesh (Dean, E&T) , showcasing a compilation of research articles, student projects, technical insights, and department achievements. This initiative aims to provide a platform for students and faculty to share their expertise and contribute to the ever-evolving field of electronics and communication.
Dr. Sree Rathna Lakshmi (HoD/ECE), Head of the Department, appreciated the editorial team’s efforts in curating the magazine and encouraged students to actively participate in future editions. The faculty members and students expressed their enthusiasm for the magazine, acknowledging it as a valuable resource for learning and collaboration.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks expressing gratitude to the management, faculty, editorial team, and students for their dedication and support in making the launch a success. The inauguration of Circuit Chronicles marks the beginning of a new chapter in the department’s journey toward academic excellence and innovation.
