On 14th October 2024, the third-year IT A section students at SRMIST, Ramapuram, attended an insightful session with Mr. Nalan, a Senior Software Engineer at Bank of America and an alumnus from the 2019-2023 batch. During the session, Mr. Nalan emphasized the importance of communication skills and aptitude-solving abilities, crucial for career success in the IT industry. He also provided guidance on placement preparation, encouraging students to focus on securing job offers before graduation. His engaging and interactive approach allowed students to clarify their doubts, gain valuable insights, and get inspired to shape their future careers in the IT domain.
