Govindan Unni, an alumni of SRM Ramapuram with an ECE 2019 Batch from SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram, is currently pursuing a Master of Science (MSE) in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Electronic and Mixed-Signal Circuit Design at Arizona State University, USA. He is expected to graduate in Spring 2024. His areas of interest include VLSI Design using Cadence and Design Flow in Testing.

The Department of ECE conducted an “Alumni Talk on Building a career in the Semiconductor Industry “for III Year ECE Students.
The event “Building a Career in the Semiconductor Industry” had Govindan Unni, an SRM Ramapuram alumni currently studying Electrical Engineering at Arizona State University. Unni talked about learning VLSI Design and testing methods during college and how it helps in his current studies. He mentioned his focus on Electronic and Mixed-Signal Circuit Design, which is important for jobs in the semiconductor industry.
