Ms.Velpuri Jagathi is a alumni of 2015 batch ECE Department , SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram. She is Currently working as Senior Physical Design Engineer, LNT, Bangalore, and her area of interest includes VLSI Design in Cadence and Design flow in testing.
Summary of the EVENT :
The Department of ECE conducted an Alumni Talk on “Career Opportunities in VLSI “for III Year ECE Students. Ms.Velpuri Jagathi, Senior Physical Design Engineer, LNT, Bangalore has given a lecture on the Basics of VLSI. The event began with the note of welcome by Ms.Alice Lincie, Assistant Professor to resource person and all the participants. She has elaborated on the career opportunities in VLSI Domain. She has also explained the Industrial aspects with real-time examples and has briefed about different modeling, Layout, and Layers in Physical design. The Alumni event is conducted on 05.08.2023 from 11.00 am to 12.00 noon and where 40 students participated in this event. . Students were gained the knowledge in VLSI Technology. The session is ended with students feedback and vote of thanks by Dr.P.Ramani, Assistant Professor(SG)/ECE
