Brief: On February 29, 2024, at Valliammai Polytechnic College in Kattankulatthur, an advanced training session on surveying techniques utilizing GPS was conducted. The workshop targeted 2nd and 3rd-year Diploma Civil Engineering students. The session aimed to enhance participants’ understanding and proficiency in utilizing GPS technology for surveying purposes. Practical demonstrations and hands-on exercises were integral parts of the training, allowing students to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios.
